1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "nemo69," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated under the nemo69 brand, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses nemo69 services.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a Player to access nemo69 services.

• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from a Player to their nemo69 Account using approved payment methods.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from a Player's nemo69 Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by nemo69 to Players, subject to specific terms.
• "IDR" or "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency used for all transactions on nemo69.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an Account with nemo69:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years of age in Indonesia, and nemo69 enforces this requirement through mandatory identity verification.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identification card (KTP) or other government-issued identification document acceptable to nemo69.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling prohibition, or legal restriction preventing you from participating in online betting activities.

2.2 Account Creation

To create an Account, you must:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
2. Choose a secure password meeting nemo69's security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including letters and numbers).
3. Agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC process) by submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document.

2.3 Account Restrictions

• Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any funds or winnings.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to be conducted by you, and you will be held fully responsible.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nemo69 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks as specified on our platform.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and other supported digital wallet services.

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25,000 unless otherwise specified in promotional terms. There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large transactions may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering compliance.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where technical issues or payment gateway delays occur, deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance. If a deposit does not appear within this timeframe, you must contact customer support immediately with your transaction reference number.

3.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your nemo69 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large or frequent deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must:

• Have a fully verified Account with approved KYC documentation.
• Withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your Account registration details.
• Meet any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related funds.
• Maintain a minimum withdrawal amount of Rp 50,000.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

nemo69 processes withdrawal requests according to the following schedule:

• Verified Accounts: Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are processed within 5 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Outside business hours, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• E-Wallet Withdrawals: OVO, DANA, and GoPay withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 hours, subject to third-party provider processing times.
• First-Time Withdrawals: Your first withdrawal may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process as we confirm your identity and banking details.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

nemo69 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and your responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by nemo69 are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play to exploit promotions, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account closure.
• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or rollover requirements) which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "10x wagering requirement" means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times).
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds (bets below certain minimum odds may not count toward wagering requirements).
• Bonuses are subject to expiration periods. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
• nemo69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.3 VIP and Loyalty Rewards

nemo69 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) with benefits including weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotions. 6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) before confirming. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in extraordinary circumstances at nemo69's sole discretion.
• nemo69 reserves the right to void any bet or refuse any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, suspected fraudulent activity, or bets placed after an event has already started (for sports betting).
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and may vary by sport, game type, and player VIP tier. These limits are displayed on the platform and may be adjusted at any time.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, nemo69's decision is final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including bandar bola (football bookmaking) and voor bola (Asian Handicap betting):

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., FIFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 governing body).
• If a match is postponed, delayed, or suspended, bets may be voided or carried forward depending on whether the match is completed within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours).
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to slight delays due to data transmission. Odds and availability change dynamically based on match events.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using betting bots, automated scripts, or any software designed to place bets or manipulate the platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to defraud nemo69 or gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors to your advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using nemo69 services to transfer funds for illicit purposes.
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation during registration or identity verification.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, confiscation of funds, and potential legal action.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

nemo69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

7.1 Self-Management Tools

Players may set the following limits on their Account:

• Deposit Limits: Maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by nemo69

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You fail to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable bonus forfeitures or outstanding obligations. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in exceptional circumstances at nemo69's sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the nemo69 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of nemo69 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any nemo69 content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

10.1 No Warranty

nemo69 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nemo69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.3 Third-Party Services

nemo69 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and service providers. We are not responsible for any failures, errors, delays, or losses caused by third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any conflict between local regulations and these Terms, local regulations shall prevail to the extent required by law.
